I have no idea who I am… I'm just trying to find and lose myself at the same time.

I have found a love for yoga and Tibetan Buddhism and have committed myself to regular daily practices of meditation, yoga, pranayama, mantra, journaling, yoga nidra, and walking.

I saw ads for zaadt in yoga magazines and decided it would be a great place to meet like-minded people on the spiritual path.  I also felt it would be a good place to record my experiences along the way.
